Vilamoura Marina
One of the world’s most renowned marina’s, Vilamoura marina accommodates a wealth of fine dining restaurants, designer shopping, niche boutiques, wine bars, nightclubs and entertainment. Day or night, the marina offers something for everyone and is a mere 5 mins away from Vila Sol.
Day trips and experiences are also offered in the tourist office.
The Beach
Vilamoura is home to some of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve. The extensive coastline can be reached in less than 5 mins from Vila Sol where you can find an extensive array of water sports, cafés and entertainment.
At select times, a courtesy bus transports Vila Sol guests to the prestigious Vila Sol beach club.
Supermarket
There is a convenience store located in the Vila Sol complex, but the nearest main supermarket is 1000 meters from the entrance to the resort.
Aquashow Park
Located 1,000 meters from the entrance to Vila Sol (in the opposite direction to the supermarket) is ‘Aqua Show’ the Algarve’s biggest and most renowned water and theme park. For adults and children alike, Aquashow offers something for everyone, all year round; from the water rides/park in the summer, to an ice rink and entertainment over the Christmas period.
Zoo Marine
Located near Albufeira (approx. 15 mins drive from Vila Sol), Zoo Marine combines fun with education, with cinematic experiences, rides, shows and the famous dolphin experience.
